This policy explains how Preadico s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with this website and with requests for a demo of the W4H system.

What data we process and why

Demo requests

When you fill in the “Book a demo” form or contact us by email or phone, we process:

• your name,
• the name of your facility and the type of care,
• your email address and, if you give it, your phone number,
• the content of your message and of our further communication.

We use this data to reply to you and to arrange and prepare a demo of the W4H system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you act on your own behalf, the processing consists of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep the data while we handle your request and then for no more than 2 years after our last contact. If we enter into a contract, further processing is governed by that contract and by law.

Visiting the website

The website runs on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. When a page loads, the server automatically processes technical data, in particular your IP address, to operate the service securely. We do not analyse this data ourselves.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools, and it does not load content from other websites. Fonts and images are served directly from this website.

Who can access the data

We do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes. Only our IT service providers, such as website hosting and email, may process it, and only on our instructions.

GitHub, Inc. is based in the USA. Transfers of data to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which GitHub participates.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• have it corrected or erased,
• restrict its processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can exercise your rights by emailing info@preadico.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new service. The current version is always published on this page.
